Wednesday marked a new beginning. The Pipe Creek Township Fire Department is now providing emergency medical services to its township residents. One ambulance will be at the North Fire Station on SR 28 and the second at the South Fire Station in Frankton. The Elwood Fire Department had been providing that service to the township for the past 30 years.
