The former Ritter’s Frozen Custard location in Muncie’s Morrison Crossing shopping center will soon become a physical-therapy clinic. The Metropolitan Board of Zoning Appeals has cleared the way for ATI Physical Therapy to build on that location. Construction of the new clinic should be completed in the summer of 2018.
