The Muncie Salvation Army “Kettle Campaign Kickoff” is set for Saturday, November 18 at 12:30pm at Muncie Mall’s Center Court. Bands and choirs will perform as Mayor Tyler issues the community challenge and puts the “first dollar into the kettle”.
