A video showing a Delaware County jail officer threatening a Muncie man at gunpoint is being reviewed by Indiana State Police. The sheriff asked ISP to do so. That video purportedly shows the 27 year old Muncie man, handcuffed and face down on the ground at Tillotson and Godman Avenues. It also shows Jerry Shaner, who claimed the man tried to break into his home, telling the man if he moved he would kill him. The exchange was recorded by a bystander and posted on Twitter.
