The building that will be the home to Italpollina North American headquarters has been honored with the Award of Excellence. The $4.5 million facility repurposed the site of a former General Motors plant and features a variety of unique elements, including a 600-square-foot vertical “green wall” hosting a garden of plants and flowers.
