Democratic Senator Al Franken wrote a long apology and welcomed an ethics investigation after radio host Leeann Tweeden claimed he forcibly kissed her when they were overseas in 2006 to perform for troops. Tweeden said during a news conference “Nothing like that is ever funny.”
