Holding a man on the ground, with his gun drawn, and using some course language is what has Delaware County jail officer Jerry Shaner in trouble. Indiana State Police are investigating the incident in which he apprehended a suspect for allegedly trying to break into the officer’s home. Shaner is on administrative leave.
