Some changes at this year’s Circle of Lights in Indy. The holiday lights display on Monument Circle will take place on the day after Thanksgiving. And the performance stage will be moved off the steps of the Soldiers and Sailors Monument and placed next to Christ Church Cathedral on the north spoke.
