Caesars Entertainment is reportedly finishing up a deal to buy casinos in Anderson and Shelbyville for more than $1 billion. Bloomberg news reports the owner of Hoosier Park Racing and Casino is in the final stages of the talks with Caesars. The deal would have to be approved by the Indiana Gaming Commission. The two casinos raked in $480 million last year.
