Apparently she was bored of shopping with her mother, so she decided to go for a joy ride in mom’s Jeep. Anderson police say an 8-year-old girl led officers on a chase along State Road 32 in Madison County and refused to stop. And then after they did get her boxed in, she refused to get out of the vehicle. The Herald Bulletin reports that the girl was arrested and charges are pending.
