22 Children Adopted On National Adoption Day

22 children saw their adoptions finalized at the Delaware County Justice Center as part of National Adoption Day earlier this month. 14 families left the event with smiles on their faces and children on their heels, headed home.
The youngest child to be adopted that day was 10 months old and the oldest was 17 years old. November is National Adoption Month.
