Some things just run their course. Downtown Muncie’s Muncie Gras will will be held for the last time on Saturday, March 24th. It’s been the city’s largest yearly street party. The event has been happening for 17 years. In its best years it attracted 13,000 people. In recent years the attendance has been closer to five thosuand.
