What’s the connection? Back in 2014, authorities raided a pain clinic in Muncie run by Dr. William Hedrick. Since then they say overdoses from heroin and fentanyl have gone up substantially. Ambulance responses to OD’s have almost doubled. Estimates are that the bust forced clinic patients to turn from the drugs they got there, to other forms on the street.
