Woman Sues BSU, Muncie Over Accident

Ball State University and the City of Muncie are being sued by a woman who was struck by a pickup truck two years ago. Sarah Swingley was walking at Martin Street and Ashland Avenue when she was hit. She claims she had to walk in the roadway there due to a lack of a sidewalk. She suffered a severely lacerated liver, a fractured rib and a punctured lung in the accident.
