Woman Sues Ball State & City Of Muncie

A Muncie woman is suing Ball State and the City of Muncie. In the lawsuit, Sarah O. Swingley says the lack of sidewalks forced her to walk in the street, causing her to be struck at the intersection of Martin Street and Ashland Avenue near the BSU campus. Swingley suffered serious injuries in the accident.
