Selma Man Accused Of Sex With 13-Year-Old

A 24-year-old Selma man has been arrested after being accused of inappropriate contact with a 13-year-old girl. Matthew H. Barrett is charged with molesting and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Barrett was being held on Thursday under a $50,000 bond.
