$21 million dollars of debt accrued by Muncie Community Schools will be restructured. That’s about half of its total debt load. Officials with the state appointed emergency management panel says that arrangement would help get the cash strapped district through the year. The current figure would be replaced with a new debt amount at a lower interest and a ten year extension.
