Indiana Legal Services will have an attorney in Muncie Tuesday from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. to provide free legal help on civil (non-criminal) matters to Muncie area residents. The ILS attorney will be at Muncie’s Maring-Hunt Library at 2005 South High.
