The new spending plan approved in Delaware County doesn’t hold much in terms of pay raises for workers. It does include money for easing overcrowding at the jail. There are pay hikes coming for highway and bridge department employees which amount to $4500 for some. Most of the county’s 400 person workforce will not see salary increases.
