Delay Request In Nichols’ Federal Trial

A delay in the federal case facing Muncie Building Commissioner Craig Nichols. The trial is being pushed back a the reques tof the U.S. Attorney’s office. Nichols is charged with close to three dozen counts of wire fraud, money laundering and theft of government funds. His trial had been set for December 11th but one of the attorneys working on the Nichols case has a scheduling conflict.
