Last night, the Muncie-Delaware County Chamber of Commerce held its 123rd Annual Meeting & Awards. The Spirit of Small Business Award went to Elm Street Brewing Company. The Outstanding Contribution to Education Award to Cornerstone Center for the Arts and the Whitely Community Council was named the recipient of the Chamber’s Excellence in Public Service Award.
