During United Way of Delaware County’s 2017 Campaign, Muncie employers are investing in their high-potential employees by lending them to serve and fundraise as Loaned Executives. The Muncie Journal reports the program is designed to provide leadership development and skill-building opportunities for participating employers and employees.
