Indiana’s running behind expectations for this year’s budget. The state missed its tax collection target for September by 66-million dollars. The shortfall’s almost entirely in corporate taxes — the State Budget Agency says refunds are running higher. The state took in 107-million less in the first quarter than what the state budget anticipates.
