A 2-month-old child is dead and a Tipton woman is behind bars facing neglect charges. According to court documents, Jessica Moss placed the baby in a crib face down and left the infant unsupervised at her unlicensed home day care. The coroner has ruled that cause of death as positional asphyxia.
