Two Receive Settlements From Muncie Schools

Two retired educators who sued MCS after being banned for “disruptive behavior” on school property have reached settlements with the district.  School board members have approved 15-thousand dollar settlements with retired teacher Kay Rankin and retired Principal Mike Ryan.
