A traffic note: Beginning late this week, the City of Muncie will be re-striping a section of Franklin Street from the High Street Bridge to Howard Street. Changes in the traffic pattern will affect everyone, whether on a bike, in a car or on foot. You are urged to look both ways for oncoming traffic.
