Muncie police are still investigating the Sunday afternoon shooting of a man outside a southside home. Authorities were called to the 1800 block of East 20th Street at 1 p.m. after a man – reported to have a gunshot wound in the upper leg – was taken to the hospital. The Star Press reports the shooting is believed to be connected to an altercation at the same address on Saturday.
