A Muncie man has filed suit against Yorktown Community Schools over injuries he suffered at a middle school football game. William Amos “became unsteady” while on the steps of the visiting team’s bleachers, and was “unable to steady himself due to the absence of a handrail.” The Muncie man fell backwards, suffering “serious and debilitating” back injuries.
