Town hall meetings are being planned by the MCS Emergency Management Team to provide updates on the progress being made to financially stabilize the district. The first town hall will be Thursday, October 5, in the Muncie Central auditorium. To provide the MCS staff optimum time for questions and concerns, they are invited to meet at 4 p.m. All staff are also welcome to attend the public meeting at 7 p.m.
