All court filings in Indiana may be done electronically by the end of next year. The Indiana Supreme Court says it expects to complete the long transition to e-filing no later than 2019. Justice Steve David says eliminating hundreds of millions of paper copies will save money, and reduce the chance of pages getting lost.
