Nine people were chased to the street early Wednesday morning as a fire broke out at a home in Muncie. It happened at 1713 W. 10th St., and also spread to a neighboring home. Among the people inside at the time were a one year old boy and a newborn girl, both were taken out by their mother. Investigators say five dogs died in the fire.
