A Delaware County man has died from the West Nile Virus. 64-year-old Danny Duncan suffered a heart attack about a month ago and fell into a coma. Duncan is the second West Nile Virus fatality in Indiana this year, according to Jeni O’Malley, spokesperson for the Indiana State Department of Health.
