Public meetings will be held today to review a dam removal feasibility study for sections of the White River in Muncie. Panelists will discuss outcomes from the study including dam removal trends, benefits and challenges. The reviews will take place today at Minnetrista, from 3:00-4:30 p.m. and 6:00-7:30 p.m.
