Anderson University recently received a record number of student scholarships from the Indiana Space Grant Consortium. A total of 11 student scholarships were awarded for the 2017-18 school year, the highest in the state of Indiana for all universities/colleges. The consortium is part of the National Space Grant College and Fellowship Program that carries out education, research, and public outreach activities related to space, aeronautics, aviation, and Earth system science.
