West Nile Mosquito Found Near Elwood

A mosquito collected in the Elwood area has tested positive for the West Nile virus. The Health Department says no human cases of the virus have been reported in Madison County so far. There have been two reported cases this summer in Indiana, in Hamilton and Lake Counties. The city of Elwood will spray in the area where the mosquito was collected.
