The theme for the Indiana State Fair is “The Wonderful World of Food” and today they are celebrating “the incredible, edible egg”. Today’s featured farmer is the Krouse family in Kosciusko County. Entertainment at the state fair tonight includes country stars High Valley on the Free Stage at 7:30 pm.
Sarah Kaufmann has been carving a giant sculpture made of cheese at the Indiana State Fair for the past 11 years and this year will be no different. The American Dairy Association’s “Undeniably Dairy” theme will be carried out through Kaufmann’s “ice cream” cheese sculpture which stands at over four and a half feet tall.
