A January 19th trial date has been set for a Muncie stabbing suspect. 19-year-old Jaylin E. Ammon Wednesday made his first court appearance since being charged with the murder of 27-year-old Steven A. Cook in the defendant’s West Seventh Street apartment on August 10. Ammon continues to be held without bond in the Delaware County jail.
