After several months in a state mental hospital, a Muncie man is now set to stand trial for murder. 39-year-old Michael Joe “Big Mike” Williamson is accused of fatally stabbing 38-year-old Bilal Lipscomb in October of 2015. Williamson has been returned to the Delaware County jail from Logansport State Hospital, and is scheduled to stand on November 27th.
