The conviction of a Muncie man in conneciton with his son’s death has been upheld by a state appeals court. 25 year old Cory Wallace was handed 72 years behind bars back in February of last year in his four month old son’s death. Prosecutors said he failed to seek medical treatment for the boy after the child suffered sever head injuries, and set the infant’s bedroom on fire to cover it up.
