Hartford City Man Accused In Stabbing

A Hartford City man is charged with battery after stabbing a man at a local tavern. 58-year-old David L. Hogue is accused of stabbing the man in the neck during an argument at the Depot Bar & Grill. The victim was treated at IU Health Blackford Hospital. Hogue is facing a three year sentence in the incident.
