Four Elwood teenagers have been arrested on suspicion that nude photos of underage teens were passed to students at the John Hinds Career Center. 18-year-old Montana Smith and 19-year-old Lucas Vinson have been charged. Two other boys, 16 and 17, were also arrested, but their names will not be released because they are minors.
