Former Auto Plant To Become Apartments

It will be called the Fourteen 91 Lofts. That’s the hopes of a Wisconsin developer who plans to turn part of the former Borg Warner plant on Kilgore Avenue into a 36-unit apartment complex. Commonwealth Development Corporation is hoping to secure income tax credits to help make the idea a reality.
