Suspicion of drunk driving charges filed against a Daleville man in the aftermath of an accident that left a motorcyclist seriously hurt. 44 year old Douglas Marshall was struck by an SUV as he rode his bike on Ind. 67 and Delaware County Road 400-S. The driver of the SUV, 40 year old Robert Keesling, reportedly fled the scene and was captured. His bail is set at $25,000.
