Muncie officials are considering a $4.5 million bond issue to provide funding for the MadJax makers hub. The Muncie City Council will discuss the possibilities in a meeting at 7:30 tonight in the auditorium at Muncie City Hall. The enterprise is located downtown in the former Midwest Towel/Cintas building.
