There’s a candlelight vigil planned for this weekend for a missing Muncie woman. Ashley Morris Mullis went missing in September of 2013. She was a 27 year old mother of three at the time. The vigil will be held Saturday at 10pm at the Retro Diner at 2421 South Madison Street.
