BSU, YMCA Partnering for Youth Sports Programs

Ball State and the YMCA of Muncie are joining forces when it comes to youth sports. BSU will sponsor the Y’s youth football and basketball programs which will now be called “Junior Cardinals”. Ball State coaches will be hosting coaching clinics to help out coaches at the YMCA while Ball State student-athletes will interact with YMCA families at various events. Meanwhile, the YMCA will support in kind by providing promotional opportunities, signage on site at Scheumann Stadium and Worthen Arena as well as purchasing tickets and pushing forward the Cardinal Kids Club.
