The Indiana Court of Appeals has upheld a 120-year prison sentence of an Anderson man convicted of five counts of felony child molesting last year. 33-year-old Jose Luis Aguilar-Robles argued that the judge abused his discretion in determining aggravating circumstances, and that the sentence he imposed was inappropriate. The court rejected Aguilar-Roble’s argument regarding sentencing.
