Winchester Farmer Takes Some Animals Seized In Reported Abuse Case

A potentially happy ending from a sad story out of Daleville where about a hundred farm animals had to be seized Monday after an investigation into animal abuse there. Now a Winchester farmer, Scott Jester, tells the Star Press that he’s taking the goats and calves that were removed from the property. In addition, he’s told officials he plans to keep those animals as pets.
