He has served Indiana’s 20th Senate district since 1992–Noblesville Republican Luke Kenley has announced he’s retiring at the end of September. Kenley says his last session achieved two major goals–a balanced budget and long-term road-funding plan. Governor Holcomb calls him “an essential state budget architect.”
