Kids, pre-K through 12th grade who may need items for back-to-school, will get them in an event Saturday in Delaware County. Hearts & Hands United is holding its annual Tools For School event, giving kids school-supply filled backpacks and a new pair of shoes. It happens between 10am and 2pm Saturday at the Delaware County Fairgrounds. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m.
